Bio-K Forte Capsis a dietary supplement by Biotics Research which consists of both vitamins K1 and K2, targeting different bodily tissues. K1 is typically the primary dietary source of vitamin K, contributing to around 40-50% of the total dietary intake. K2, which is found in both human and animal tissue, is known to have cardiovascular health benefits, and is believed to suppress arterial calcification. Vascular calcification is regarded as a significant complication associated with cardiovascular disease.*

Dosage:
Biotics Research recommends one (1) Bio-K Forte capsule daily as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Biotics Research Bio-K Forte Caps Active Ingredients:
Vitamin K (as menaquinone-7, phytonadione), Superoxide Disumtase (from vegetable culture†) Catalase (from vegetable culture†). Each capsule supplies Vitamin K as menaquinone-7 and phytonadione in a 1:10 ratio. † Specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture containing naturally associated phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperature to preserve associated enzyme factors.

Other Ingredients:
Capsule shell (gelatin and water) and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). This Biotics Research product is gluten and dairy free.

Caution: Those taking warfarin should avoid supplementation with vitamin K unless specifically recommended and monitored by their physician.
