UritraX™ D-Mannose Powder by XYMOGEN – 900 mg Per Scoop

UritraX™ by XYMOGEN is a single-ingredient D-mannose powder. One 941 mg scoop supplies 900 mg of D-mannose, the container holds about 50 servings, and the current label lists no other ingredients. The powder mixes into 2–4 oz of water, providing an alternative for adults who do not want a capsule.

This is a narrowly focused formula rather than an antimicrobial product or a treatment for urinary symptoms. It is best considered when a healthcare professional has recommended D-mannose and the customer understands that research on preventing recurrent urinary tract infection is mixed. New urinary pain, fever, blood in the urine, back pain, or persistent symptoms needs prompt clinical evaluation rather than self-treatment with a supplement.

Key UritraX™ Benefits

  • Provides a clearly measured 900 mg of D-mannose per scoop.
  • Uses a single listed dietary ingredient, with no other ingredients on the current label.
  • Offers a water-mix powder for customers who prefer not to swallow capsules.
  • Allows one to three label-directed servings daily, so the total daily amount can be selected with a healthcare professional rather than assumed.

How UritraX™ Works

D-mannose is a simple sugar that is absorbed and then excreted in urine. The proposed urinary-tract mechanism is that free D-mannose can bind to FimH structures on some E. coli, reducing bacterial attachment to cells; that laboratory mechanism does not prove that a supplement prevents infection. A 2024 double-blind trial in 598 women with recurrent urinary tract infections tested 2 g of D-mannose daily—more than one UritraX™ scoop—and found no meaningful reduction in medically attended recurrence versus placebo. UritraX™ is therefore not proven prevention and should not be used in place of diagnosis and treatment.

Key Functional Ingredients Include:

  • D-mannose: Supplies 900 mg per scoop. It is the only listed dietary ingredient and is distinct from the scoop’s total 941 mg weight.
  • Evidence context: D-mannose has a plausible anti-adhesion mechanism, but the largest recent placebo-controlled primary-care trial did not show prevention benefit; formula selection should not be based on a guaranteed UTI outcome.

UritraX™ Is Formulated For

  • Adults whose healthcare professional has specifically recommended a D-mannose powder.
  • People who prefer to mix a small serving into water rather than take capsules.
  • Customers prepared to seek medical care for urinary symptoms instead of using the powder as a substitute for testing or treatment.
  • Medication users who have reviewed potential interactions and the intended daily serving count with a healthcare professional.

Frequently Asked Questions About UritraX™

What are the benefits of UritraX™?

UritraX™ offers a simple way to measure D-mannose: one scoop supplies 900 mg, mixes into 2–4 oz of water, and contains no listed other ingredients. Those are practical product attributes, not proof that it will prevent infection. D-mannose has a proposed anti-adhesion mechanism involving some E. coli, but a large 2024 placebo-controlled trial using 2 g daily found no reduction in recurrent urinary tract infections in women in primary care. Customers should choose UritraX™ for its verified formulation and practitioner-directed use—not for a guaranteed antimicrobial or prevention effect.

Who should take UritraX™?

UritraX™ may be appropriate for an adult whose healthcare professional has recommended D-mannose and who wants a single-ingredient powder. It may also suit someone who prefers a water-mix product to capsules. The label permits one scoop one to three times daily, so “who should take it” includes deciding the intended number of daily servings rather than automatically using the maximum. People with urinary pain, fever, blood in the urine, back pain, or persistent or worsening symptoms should seek prompt medical assessment. This product is not a substitute for a urine test, an antibiotic when prescribed, or other clinical care.

Are there any side effects of taking UritraX™?

The current manufacturer information does not list a specific side-effect profile. As a sugar-related powder, D-mannose can be unsuitable for some individual diets or digestive tolerances, and the absence of a label-listed adverse effect does not guarantee that none can occur. Consult a healthcare professional before use, discuss potential interactions if you take medication, and do not use a container with a damaged tamper seal. Stop use and obtain guidance if an unexpected reaction occurs. Urinary symptoms accompanied by fever, back pain, blood, or worsening illness require medical evaluation rather than a supplement adjustment.

How does UritraX™ support overall health?

UritraX™ supplies D-mannose in a measured, easy-to-mix format. Its proposed role is local: D-mannose excreted in urine may interfere with attachment of certain bacteria to urinary-tract cells. Clinical results have not established reliable prevention in women with recurrent infections, so the product should not be described as broadly improving health or replacing medical care. Its most defensible contribution is formulation transparency—a single 900 mg ingredient, no listed excipients, and flexible label directions—within a practitioner-guided plan that includes hydration, appropriate evaluation of symptoms, and prescribed treatment when needed.
