I have a fatty liver (NOT from drinking LOL!). Ultrasound done last year showed had worsened from a test two years previous. Gastro doc said the only thing he said he knew that helps a fatty liver is Vitamin E so I searched out what I thought to be an excellent brand. We'll know in another year if it helped!
