Lithium Orotate is an organic trace mineral supplement that may help to support healthy moods, mental focus, and memory. Studies have shown that it is 20 times more bioavailable than other lithium salts, which means that smaller dosages may be taken to achieve beneficial levels in the body. Each capsule contains 4.8 mg of elemental lithium.
