Training Bundle by Thorne provides athletes with the ability to maximize their training potential. The three products included in the bundle, Beta Alanine-SR, Creatine, and Amino Complex, are all NSF Certified for Sport®. Beta Alanine-SR is required for the body to make carnosine, a molecule responsible for buffering hydrogen ions created during energy production in the muscles. Carnosine helps maintain normal acidity levels in the muscles, which can reduce fatigue. Supplementing with Beta Alanine-SR may also lead to improved muscle health, work capacity, and perceived time-to-exhaustion in both anaerobic and aerobic exercises. Studies have also shown improvements in fatigue in cyclists, 2,000-meter rowing time trials, strength in college football athletes, and sprint performance in endurance cyclists. Each serving of Beta Alanine-SR contains 1.6 grams of sustained-release Beta Alanine (as CarnoSyn®).Creatine plays an important role in the production of cellular energy, as it helps the body make ATP, the molecule needed by all of the body's cells. ATP has been shown to support increased work capacity and power output of muscle while also promoting physical endurance and lean body mass gain. Each serving of Thorne's Creatine contains 5 grams of Creatine monohydrate (as CreaPure®).Amino Complex contains a high amount of branched-chain amino acids in a formula that has been validated through numerous clinical trials for promoting lean muscle mass and muscle strength. The branched-chain amino acids in Amino Complex promote mitochondrial biogenesis, which provides energy to the cells. Supplementation with amino acids has also been demonstrated to decrease fat synthesis and promote energy production. Thorne's Amino Complex is available in either lemon or berry flavor and provides 7.6 grams of branched-chain and essential amino acids per serving.
