    Huge fan of Pure Encasulations products. The packets make it too easy. I used the PureLean packs for 30 days and definitely saw myself lean out. I lift 5 days a week with an appropriate amount of cardio mixed in. I also keep a fairly low carb diet by nature since I am gluten free. I was needing a push to see the muscle definition I work so hard for. I did not notice appetite suppression, but I eat on a pretty strict schedule anyway. I plan to alternate this pack with the Detox Pure Pack I have used before. Both are great for me.
