Crazy good
I dislike powders. Give me a pill any day, but powders are extra effort, in my opinion, so they better be good. It comes in a big container, but it has 30 small, sealed packets, which makes it easy to travel with. This probiotic works the best of all I've tried. I've tried other Xymogen probiotics, including the ProBio Max pills as well as a couple others that my doctors have recommended. This works better for me. It helps my mood sometimes too. I can feel it working almost immediately. The downsides are the taste - neutral to not-so-good as well as the fact that it takes lots of stirring to get it to dissolve in water. I use cold water so I don't taste the powder as much. But overall, the pros outweigh the cons.
