As owner of Covenant Health Products, he focuses on what separates one supplement from another: ingredient forms, clinically studied doses, sourcing and third-party testing.

Michael writes to help people make sense of supplement research in plain language — what the studies actually show, who a product is right for, and when to talk with a professional first.
