Michael Burton has spent more than 20 years in the supplement industry, working with the professional-grade brands that integrative practitioners trust, including Thorne, Pure Encapsulations, Designs for Health, Metagenics and Xymogen. As owner of Covenant Health Products, he focuses on what separates one supplement from another: ingredient forms, clinically studied doses, sourcing and third-party testing.

Michael writes to help people make sense of supplement research in plain language — what the studies actually show, who a product is right for, and when to talk with a professional first. He works alongside the licensed practitioners at Holistic Health Partners, and articles marked "Reviewed by" have been checked for accuracy by Carolyn Mulally, BS, RN, HN-BC.
