    I have used Pure Encapsulations Methylcobalamin for a few years now. It has been very effective in restoring my B12 levels and it is now a mainstay in my daily supplement regimen. I have no side effects at all and the price is very competitive. Covenant always provides free shipping with a very adequate turnaround time. You can't go wrong.

    Due to a stomach condition and a restricted diet, I've had issues with a B12 deficiency in the past couple of years - delayed tissue healing, increased inflammation, eyelid twitches, and severe persistent dry eye... not fun at all. I love this B12 because it has so few additives and it's such a large dose. I open the capsules and sprinkle a bit of the powder into water for smaller doses throughout the day, since I doubt my terrible GI tract is able to absorb the whole capsule all at one time. This way I know I'm getting B12 throughout the day and the bottle lasts a long time. Covenant Health sells this for a great price!
