    We love this night cream! Our physician encouraged us to use sublingual melatonin to help balance the sleep cycle and hormones. Once we found this cream by Allvia we fell in love! I just take one pump and rub it either on the bottom of the feet or back. As the skin is the largest organ it is more readily absorbed without having to go through the digestive system as it is metabolized differently! LOVE IT!
