I've used this product for several years after recommended by my accupunturist to assist in improving sleep. It helps me relax and fall asleep. Shared with my sister who has difficulty sleeping and she asked me to order her a bottle after trying it.

Magnesium glycinate works well!
I have been on Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Glycinate for a few years, since my nutritionist recommended it as a replacement for my Magnesium Citrate, since Magnesium Citrate seemed to cause loose stools for me. I take one each night before bed.
