Iron Complex 90sg

This product has been a lifesaver! I have pernicious anemia and, after ending up in the hospital because of it, I was prescribed 450 mg of iron a day! There was no way I wanted to take those little red pills, you know the kind and you know the why's. I did a lot of research and learned that heme iron is the most absorbable form of iron. After much searching, I found Covenant Health and this iron complex. I started out taking 4 a day, since I didn't need to take 450mg because of the absorbability. Even with that level in my body, I didn't get an upset stomach and after about the first two weeks, things began to move normally. I now take just two a day.I had a lot of work to do to get my hemoglobin and iron levels up; this product played a huge role. I don't have issues keeping them up now. I highly recommend this iron supplement if you need to supplement your intake. Thank you Covenant Health, for making this product available and continuing to carry it.
