    My doctor recommended this because I have so many food sensitivities. It breaks down histamines caused by allergies in your digestive system. I really like this product as it seems to have reduced the amount of bad reactions my gut has to foods as well as lowering the overall histamine count in my body so my environmental allergies aren't as bad either.
