GI Flora Caps by Allergy Research Group provides a combination of 4 beneficial probiotic bacteria consisting of Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. casei, and Bifidobacterium longum. Lyophilized (freeze dried).

Recommendation:
Allergy Research Group suggests taking 1 to 3 GI Flora Caps capsules two or three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    I had my first skin test for allergies when I was 3. I'm many, many years older and my allergies have only gotten worse instead of "getting better as I get older".. I was recommended this product, and I can't tell you how much better my allergies are. I can go a couple of months without my acupuncture treatments which have been the only thing helped.. This is great stuff..
