Daily use prevents GERD
My wife and I have been using this product daily with great success to prevent GERD. Open 4 capsules into 4 ounces of water in a small jar. Shake the jar. It becomes bubbly. Drink on an empty stomach, including the foam, and don't eat or drink anything for 45 minutes to an hour. It's the best GERD prevention we have used.

Vigorously shake 3 capsules in 4 ounces of water until foamy, then drink and don't eat or drink anything for 45 minutes is the best way to use this product. It works! If you do this, you won't have to take prescription drugs for reflux. I highly recommend this product.
