Probiotics are microorganisms that, when consumed in adequate amounts, can confer a beneficial effect on the host. In humans, the gastrointestinal tract is the most diverse and metabolically active organ, and an integral part of its optimal functioning is a balanced microbial community.*

BioDopilus-FOS is unique in the marketplace due to its combination of probiotics and prebiotics. The probiotic strains in this product support the normal microbial balance in the gastrointestinal tract, while the FOS prebiotic provides a food source to help maintain that balance. This product may help support normal digestive and immune system functions. The ingredients in BioDopilus-FOS include 3 billion organisms of Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus acidophilus (DDS-1 strain) per serving, as well as 1,200 mg of beet-sourced FOS (Fructooligosaccharides).
Dosage:
Biotics Research recommends mixing one-half (1/2) teaspoon (approximately 1.5 grams) of BioDopilus-FOS powder into six (6) to eight (8) fluid ounces of water or beverage of choice, as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Biotics Research BioDopilus-FOS Ingredients:
Lactobacillus acidophilus (DDS-1) and Bifidobacterium bifidum organisms, and Fructooligosaccharides (beet source). Refrigeration is recommended to preserve the organisms.
