Douglas Labs' Goodnight Gummy provides a comprehensive triple-action blend of natural ingredients to promote relaxation, sleep onset, and restful sleep in a great-tasting gummy form. This unique product contains Lemon Balm, an herb rich in flavonoids and polyphenolic compounds with a long history of traditional use for relaxation, and Theanine, an amino acid that can help to induce a relaxed mental state. It also includes the patented MicroActive® delivery system for Melatonin, providing improved absorption and sustained release of this hormone that helps to regulate the body's circadian rhythm and sleep patterns. Vitamin B6 is also included as a key cofactor for serotonin and melatonin production, and optimal concentrations have been associated with positive mood and sleep.

Recommended Use:
