    I've used this product before at the suggestion of the naturopath. It helped my body settle down from too much induced "fight or flight response". I ran out for some time. When life heated up, after some time I ordered more. I could feel a pleasant settling when restarted. It didn't make me groggy at all but calmed me enough to give myself permission to catch up with needed sleep. Once I caught up I was better than ever. I am very sensitive to sedation effects of medications. This is not a supplement that makes me groggy.

    This product knocks me out and keeps me asleep all night, which wasn't a bad thing, but the next day I am groggy with major brain fog. Not sure if I'll continue with it or not.

    My health care practioner recommended this product because it was taking me too long to fall asleep, even with 5-htp, melatonin and lorazepam. I take two tablets 30 to 60 minutes prior to bedtime and it works!
