    The product is amazing. For people who have been taking prescription sleep aids it is an excellent replacement. For people in Menopause is is a life saver. The price is worth the product. Also, no groggy after effect in the morning.

    I take this as part of my meds to fall asleep. It contains melatonin and a GABA derivative. They help me relax and get to sleep. Works better than melatonin alone.
