    For anyone working at a job during menopause, this product is a necessity. It contains melatonin and a GABA derivative. I fall asleep gradually, stay asleep and awake without feeling groggy. I also take the daytime companion product, Kavinace. I just read that melatonin helps inhibit the release of histamine, which is great, because I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and release too much,

    I've been using this product for a couple of years as suggested by my Naturopath Doctor and its the best product I've found to help with my sleep difficulties. Wish it wasn't so expensive, but at least it works!

    This is the only natural sleep aid that has worked for me. I have tried the usual... melatonin, valerian, bee balm, etc. and they did not work and made me feel weird. I did not want to take ones that are addictive. So I finally found Kavinace Ultra PM and it is definitely a help. It does not knock me out. It makes me feel relaxed and drowsy and ready for sleep. I drift off nicely and if I wake up I just roll over and drift off again. I don't wake up in the morning with any aftereffects . Gentle but what I need.

    I absolutely love Kavinace Ultra PM. Works really well without the side effects of modern medicine creations. Helps me go to sleep. I still wake up in the middle of the night for the "getting older" bladder, but can easily go back to sleep without feeling groggy. Sadly, they are a bit overpriced here. BUT, a truly great product and the delivery stats of Covenant are great.

    This product is great for a good nights sleep. Especially after changing time zones. I am disappointed to see the price is going up!

    This is the best sleep product I have ever tried, and believe me, I have tried EVERYTHING! I am finally dreaming again!! The only disadvantage is the cost.
