Cardio-Edge by Douglas Laboratories is a dietary supplement formulated to help support cardiovascular health and normal cholesterol metabolism. It contains Sytrinol, a clinically studied proprietary blend of polymethoxylated flavones from citrus fruit and tocotrienols from palm, as well as plant sterols and standardized pomegranate extract. A daily intake of at least 800 mg of plant sterols, taken twice a day with meals as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.
