    I've been taking these for years - recommended by my naturopath. They taste great (they're sublingual but they have a nice cherry flavor) and my B12 and Folate levels have been fantastic since I've been taking them.

    After several years of trying to get my hubby's Homocysteine lowered with other B/Folic Acid this finally did the trick. He took it for several years but then we switched to something else and his homocysteine went back up. Now he is back on the Perque!
