This unique blend of ingredients is designed to promote a sense of well-being and reduce stress.* It contains Neuroprotective amino acid Taurine, which is known to have GABA-A agonist activity and is important for calming and sleep.* Additionally, it contains L-theanine, an amino acid that acts as a glutamate receptor antagonist and has been shown to reduce stress in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study.* Also included is 5-HTP (from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract), which is a precursor to serotonin and melatonin, both of which are important for regulating mood and sleep-wake function.* Finally, active forms of Vitamin B6, Folate, B12, and C are included, as these are important for serotonin synthesis.*
