    My doctor recommended this to me because I don't eat very much because I have issues with a lot of foods causing boating. This gives me the nutrients I need without causing me to feel bloated. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It tastes pretty good. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it's super expensive for only 14 servings. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to afford more than $120 a month :(
