This product works incredibly well. It takes a couple of weeks to fully kick in. Make sure you don't eat any food 4 hours before and 4 hours after when taking this product on an empty stomach and I take one pill per 24 hours at around 3 or 4 am. I no longer crash with extreme fatigue after every meal and this product helps my body to process the food much more efficiently and I now have much more free bound energy to work with and lesser of an afternoon fatigue than I used to before taking this product. Helps me tremendously with my adrenal fatigue as well and I feel more adrenaline in my body as well in a positive way.
