Absolutely excellent.
I've taken these for years, since before access was restricted for some unfathomable reason. They do what they promise, unlike so many supplements. As the description says, they are actually in the correct form for these two minerals. Except for the real difficulty in purchasing them, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
