    I have been taking Ortho Biotic 100 billion since August 2017 because I had an imbalance with good and bad bacteria in my gut. Prior to that, I had been on a probiotic that was 15 billion. I have felt much better since I have been taking the 100 billion Ortho Biotic capsules. When I had to go off them for testing purposes, within three to five days of being off of the capsules I noticed a difference in how I felt. Once I was able to go back on the capsules, I started to feel better within a couple of days.
