    I believe this product is good. I don't know how to determine the efficacy of vitamins, but this brand was recommended to me by a doctor. And, I haven't had any problems. So, hopefully her recommendation is sound.

    My doctor retired and I wasn't sure where I would get the multivitamin. I bought a multivitamin at Walmart, but wasn't satisfied. Then online I found the one my doctor had been getting for me. I ordered it and it came very quickly.

    O.N.E. multi compares favorably with other quality (usually whole food) products that require several capsules per serving. Contains methylated forms of some Bs, zinc, iodine and many other micronutrients often missing from others. We eat organically and well; this one capsule provides some extras and comes from a NSF-GMP registered company.
