Recommendation:
Herb Pharm suggests taking 30 to 40 drops in a little water two to five times per day.

Goldenrod Extract is prepared from fresh (undried) flowering tops of Solidago canadensis plants which are Certified Organically Grown on our own farm without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides or are Custom Wildcrafted in their natural wild habitat.
To assure optimal extraction of Goldenrod's bioactive compounds, the uppermost tops of the plants are hand-harvested when just beginning to flower and are then taken directly to our laboratory and promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.
