EstroQuench by Douglas Laboratories is a hormone-specific formula containing ingredients that have been scientifically shown to possess anti-aromatase activity, as well as androgenic adaptogens which aid in facilitating endogenous aromatase inhibitor function. These herbs, when combined, have been demonstrated to decrease excessive estrogen production and its associated abnormal effects, while concurrently promoting optimal androgen function and maintaining the health of androgen-producing glands.

 

Recommendation:

Douglas Laboratories suggests adults take two (2) EstroQuench capsules daily with food for 1-2 weeks or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. 

The dose may then be increased to 4 capsules daily with food for 2 to 4 months or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

After 2 to 4 months, dosage may be lowered back down to 2 capsules daily with food and may continue on that dosage as needed or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
