Recommendation:
Nature’s Way suggests, for women, taking 2 capsules of DIM-plus daily with food, and for men, taking 2 capsules of DIM-plus twice daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For intensive use (Women/Men): take up to double the recommended dose.
