My mother and son take this to lower their cholesterol and it works amazingly well. My mother doesn't have to take statins because she it taking this supplement. It is good for you no side effects like statins and it works wonders for both my son and my mother. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to lower their cholesterol.
