Yellow Dock/Rumex crispus by Herb Pharm prepares their Yellow Dock Extract from the roots of Rumex crispus plants which are Custom Wildcrafted in their natural wild habitat. To assure optimal extraction of Yellow Dock's bioactive compounds, the roots are handharvested only after the plants have fully seeded
in late summer or early autumn, and are then carefully shade-dried and thoroughly extracted. Their Yellow Dock is never fumigated or irradiated.*

Recommendation:
Herb Pharm suggests two to four times per day taking 30 to 40 drops of Yellow Dock/Rumex crispus in a little water. Shake well before using.
