VegaPro by Xymogen contains a new source of pea protein. Due to fluctuations in protein content being encountered on the raw material, the weight of powder typically provided per scoop has been increased from 20 grams to 22 grams. The amount of protein delivered in one scoop is still 17 grams. VegaPro is a sugar-free, sweetener-free, flavor-free, gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO source of unadulterated vegetable protein from pea protein isolate and rice protein concentrate, delivering 17 grams of high-quality protein in every scoop. Pea protein isolate provides a protein content of 90%, excellent digestibility (98%), and a well-balanced amino acid profileincluding a particularly high content of lysine, arginine, and branched-chain amino acids. This proprietary complex of pea and rice proteins achieves an amino acid score of 100%.
