    I've taken Ultra Preventive X powdered version for years, my system absorbs them much better than tablets. Excellent product!

    great vitamin! I've been on a very strict diet for approx. 6 weeks now. I started feeling really weak so I started taking only 4 capsules per day. Within a few days, I felt much better. I have started bruising in my lower legs so I am now taking the full dosage of 8 capsules. I'm sure this will solve that problem. I also like the capsules much better than the tablets. There is no taste and are easier to swallow.
