    I have been struggling with dysbiosis diagnosed with a GI test by my functional medicine docctor. It went away and then resurfaced this year despite lifestyle measures and a very clean diet. I was scared to eat fruits and vegetables for fear of having diarrhea. Forget about the littlest bit of caffeine or even hot cocoa. After 2 weeks on this I noticed a marked difference. My stooling is totally normal now. I am increasing my fruits and vegetables and even had a 1/2 cup of hot cocoa twice, without incidence. My doctor wants me on this thru January. I feel normal, I am so grateful.
