Are you in Hawaii? Puerto Rico? Guam? Don't worry. We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. We even ship to military postal addresses. We offer international shipping.
We try to minimize backorders as much as possible, but if your item is back-ordered, we'll stay on top of it. We will notify you by email and ship it as soon as available.
When you select our Free Shipping option, your order will arrive via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx, usually within 3-5 business days. Delivery time varies, depending on the carrier and the destination. Don't forget to allow extra time for weekends and holidays. We also offer Next Business Day and Second Business Day guaranteed options.

A: Yes, the product is fine. We include ice packs to keep the product cool in transit, but thawing over time is natural.

A: Yes. Heat-sensitive products can be exposed to high temperatures over short periods without concern about the heat harming the product. This includes probiotics. Cold packs are included in these shipments to keep the products at room temperature.
Q: How do I store my heat-sensitive products?
A: To maintain maximum potency, you should refrigerate the heat sensitive product as soon as you receive it. Read the product label for specific storage recommendations.
Q: Can I return my heat-sensitive product?
A: Heat-sensitive items are perishable and therefore non-returnable.
