Ayurvedic wisdom holds that each of us is made of three doshas, or body/mind types; Vata, Pitta and Kapha. While possessing qualitites of all, each of us is predominately one. The goal of ayurveda is to maintain balance of all three dosha types.
A person who is dominantly Kapha is of strong build, a relaxed, easy-going personality but can be slow to take action or make change. Kapha represents water and earth because Kapha people are grounded and slow moving. In order to maintain balance, Kapha people need stimulation to encourage physical and mental activity.
Preparation: 1. Freshly boil water. 2. Infuse sachet 3-5 minuts, according to your strength preference. 3. Add honey for sweetener, if desired.
