I drink OptiCleanse GHI because I have diverticulitis. The stuff is awesome. The reason I know it is so good is I recently ran out and had a flair up and tried a different smoothie mix, bad idea....I ended up at the doctor in major pain and back on antibiotics for two weeks. Not smart, stick with the OptiCleanse GHI!
