    I ordered the Neuro-Mag caps because it states that it helps the brain with memory & cognitive issues. I'm 75, & although I do NOT have those issues, I've had BAD headaches since Jan.~2019, so I figured I'd try these to see if they would somehow help with that. I don't take 3/daily, since I also take another form of Magnesium (Citrate), but after taking 1~Neuro~Mag capsule daily, my headaches have decreased, and I only have a bad one once a week or so. Time will tell if the Threonate form of magnesium in these caps is the reason. I certainly hope so.
