    My functional medicine doctor recommended this product to me and since I've taken it daily, leg cramps that hit me during the night have stopped, and my 'slow bowels' have improved meaning I have more regular bowel movements.

    I didn't know there was a sustained release magnesium until my functional medicine doctor told me about this product. I have terrible muscle cramps in my legs that wake me up during the night and I have to jump out of bed and stand up to make it stop. Since taking this product the night cramps have stopped.
