    I didn't know there was a sustained release magnesium until my functional medicine doctor told me about this product. I have terrible muscle cramps in my legs that wake me up during the night and I have to jump out of bed and stand up to make it stop. Since taking this product the night cramps have stopped. Another side benefit is it has helped me be more regular without taking laxatives.

    I have both restless leg syndrome and severe leg and foot cramps at night. Jigsaw Magnesium is the single most effective thing I have found to prevent and treat the symptoms. It is also helpful to maintain bowel regularity. I would definitely recommend it.
