    I''ve been taking 2 Kavinace capsules each night for about 14 months, to counteract the side effects of a prescription medication that I started taking around that time, which was making it difficult for me to fall asleep and would cause me to wake for no reason multiple times throughout the night. Since I started taking Kavinace, I have fallen asleep pretty quickly every night (probably within 10 minutes of closing my eyes).     I love this product. It helps with anxiety and with sleep. I do not experience any side effects with it. If you are going to take more than one capsule, do so hours before bed so you are not groggy in the morning. This has happened for some people.
