Suggested Use
Toddlers (ages 1–3 years): Take one (1) packet daily.
Children (ages 4 years and up): Take up to two (2) packets daily, given separately.
During the introductory period, some children may experience mild gas or bloating. Start with half a packet and gradually increase to the recommended amount over several days.
Directions
Mix the contents of one (1) packet into at least 4–6 oz. of milk, water, or a preferred beverage. The powder may also be mixed into yogurt or other foods as part of a snack or meal. If needed, dissolve the powder in warm water first to help it mix smoothly before adding to the final drink or food.
