Beta-sitosterol by Pure Encapsulations
Beta-sitosterol is a plant-based nutritional supplement that may provide beneficial support for prostate health and healthy urinary flow.
Beta-sitosterol is a naturally occurring part of a phytosterol complex and has demonstrated potential to aid in the support of prostate health. In a 6-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter study of 200 male subjects, a mixed phytosterol complex providing beta-sitosterol was proposed to support healthy urinary flow. In an 18-month follow-up trial, beta-sitosterol maintained healthy urinary function. These results have been corroborated in other clinical trials.
