    My motive for taking ALAMAX CR initially was simply as a supplement to strengthen my immune system. My health and overall well-being has remained in excellent shape, but I received the unexpected benefit of a noticeable increase in my energy reserves too. My stamina, mental as much as physical, seem to get a certain boost after I started taking the ALAMAX supplement. Seems to be have all-around positive effect I'd say.
